Theft Incident Report: Milky Way and Raven Repair Site

Theft of Traffic Cones and Barrier

On January 3, 2026, a theft occurred at the repair site located at the intersection of Milky Way and Raven. A total of four traffic cones and one traffic barrier, which are collectively owned by the group that makes up our Association, were stolen from the site.

Community Concern

This incident raises concerns about the current state of respect for shared property within our community. The loss of these essential safety items not only increase our costs and affects our repair efforts but also highlights the need for increased vigilance and mutual respect among all members and neighbors.
