The co-op by-laws have been downloaded to the website. They can be found under the heading Forms and Resources. 

Links to information about Mutual Domestic Water Consumer Association have been added under the Related Links. This tab is located along the right side of the home page  towards the bottom of the page. Check out the Utton UNM law site. There is a wealth of information all things New Mexico water related. The selection called Community Water Systems goes into detail about MDWCA. The Drinking Water Bureau link is a PDF on forming a MDWCA.
