Tranquillo Pines Water Users Cooperative Board of Directors Opening

Guy Herner has stepped down from the Board of Directors so there is an opening on the Board for a Co-op member in good standing.  The job entails working with the other Board Members on various projects. These projects include working with state government entities, other water systems, New Mexico Rual Water, and other organizations. The applicant should have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and general internet experience.  At times physical labor is necessary to complete a given project.  All applicants must be willing to volunteer their time weekly as needed to fulfill Co-op needs and when called upon.  Especially desired skills are civil engineering, accounting, and water law experience. 

This is a volunteer position, but if you have a desire to give back to the community and want to discuss it further, please call Board President Gary Ashcraft at (505) 281-5993.  Each applicant will be interviewed by the Board and a selection will be made to fill the position until the next annual meeting, where an election to formally fill the position will be conducted if a quorum is present.
